The Appalachian State University Bookstore, located on Sanford Mall, is a university-operated full-service college store dedicated to serving the entire App State family, including students, their families, faculty, staff, alumni, and fans. 

The Bookstore provides students with services and goods from socially and environmentally responsible sources to support the educational goals of the institution. The Bookstore provides affordable options for course materials and manages Appalachian’s unique rental textbook program as well as fostering the Mountaineer spirit with the best selection of App State gear. 

Profits from the University Bookstore are used for student scholarships.
